Specify which activities should not count toward your work hours

Updated yesterday

Do you need to track breaks, sleep, and other similar activities without them counting as work hours? Now you can!

To specify which activities should or should not count toward your work hours hover over the folder name and click on the edit (pencil) icon. Once you're in the folder settings click on the Activities tab. Here you can click on the clock icon to select if an activity should count toward your work hours or not.

Activities created in a workspace folder will count toward work hours by default whereas activities created in a non-workspace folder will not count by default.

When an activity has been disabled it will no longer count toward your work hours and you'll see this reflected in your daily and weekly totals on the Calendar view as well as in the Insights area and Work hours table. Time entries created using activities which have been excluded from work hours will show a clock icon with a dash through it.

You can filter for excluded activities in the Activities(1) filter in the Insights area of the app.
