Archiving a folder
If you are a full access member of a folder you have the ability to archive it. To archive a folder click on the edit icon (pencil) that appears when you hover over a folder name in the Calendar view and click the "Archive" button on the "General" tab:

If you decide to archive a folder then the following will occur:
The time entry data of folder members will be archived and visible via the "Insights" area of the EARLY app. Full access members can still view the time entry data of others in an archived folder
An email will be sent to folder members notifying them that the Folder has been archived
Restoring a folder
To restore an archived folder navigate to Settings > Folders
and click on the "Archived" button near the top right (this button will only be visible if there are archived folders present). Click the "Unarchive" button to the right of any currently archived folder to restore it.
Once a folder has been restored you'll be able to use all of its activities and tags just as you could before archiving it.
Please note: If you wish to completely delete a folder you can do so via our Public API. It is not currently possible to undo the deletion of a folder so please ensure that you no longer require the folder before taking the steps to delete it.
