A folder is a container for your activities and your activities are what you will use to create time entries. You can be as generic or specific with your folders and activities as you wish, it's all about what works best for you.
How to create a folder
Tap
Timerin the navigation bar at the bottomTap
Add folder +in the top right cornerTap
Nameand name your folder and then tapSavein the top right cornerIf you'd like to change the icon associated with your folder tap on
Iconand select one from the list and tapSavein the top right cornerIf you want to track billable time in the folder tap the toggle switch to enable this feature
If you want to track hourly rates tap the toggle switch to enable this feature and tap on
Hourly rateto select whether the rates should be defined per activity or per user (tapSavein the top right corner if you've made any changes). TapCurrencyto specify the currency the rates should be billed in (tapSavein the top right corner if you've made any changes)Tap

How to add an activity to an empty folder
To add an activity to your newly created folder simply tap the Add activity button that will appear beneath the folder on the Timer screen.
Tap on
Nameand give your activity the desired name and tapSavein the top right cornerIf you'd like to change the color that was assigned by default tap on
Colorand select any of the predefined colors and tapSavein the top right cornerIf you enabled hourly rates per activity when the folder was created you can specify the rate by tapping
Hourly rateand entering the desired rate and tappingSavein the top right cornerIf billable time was enabled you can also select whether or not this activity should be billable by default using the toggle switch
You can also specify whether or not this activity should count toward your work hours using the toggle switch

Adding an activity to a folder with existing activities
If you have a folder which already contains one or more activities just click on the pencil icon to the right of the folder name on the Timer screen to add more.
Under the
Activitiessection tapAdd activityTap on
Nameand give your activity the desired name and tapSavein the top right cornerIf you'd like to change the color that was assigned by default tap on
Colorand select any of the predefined colors and tapSavein the top right cornerIf you enabled hourly rates per activity when the folder was created you can specify the rate by tapping
Hourly rateand entering the desired rate and tappingSavein the top right cornerIf billable time was enabled you can also select whether or not this activity should be billable by default using the toggle switch
